Holiday Food Assistance Program

Holiday Meal Assistance for North Hastings low-income families has returned.

Registration for the program takes place at the North Hastings Community Cupboard (Food Bank) for two weeks on the following dates;

Tuesday December 6th and 13th from noon to 1:30pm
Thursday December 8th and 15th from 4:30 to 6pm
Friday December 9th and 16th from noon to 1:30pm

You will need to provide identification for all residents of the household and provide your physical mailing address. All registrants ...

LEAP Launches Today!

The Low-Income Energy Assistance Program is now available in North Hastings. This is great news for the community, especially for low-income families who are struggling to keep up with their monthly bills. The program was created by the Ontario Energy Board with the support of a variety of other agencies and utilities companies including; Hydro One Networks Inc., the Low Income Energy Network (LIEN), and the Ministry of Energy.
